How much does Hejmo cost?
Nothing, unless you want Plus. Hejmo is free for unlimited events, including private family links, two-tap RSVPs, the live headcount, and nudges. Plus is $12, paid once for one event. Host Pass is $19 a year for Plus on every event you create. Guests never pay.

Pricing questions
Is Hejmo free?
Yes. Creating events, sharing private family links, collecting RSVPs, the live headcount, and nudges are free for unlimited events, with no ads. Plus is an optional $12 upgrade for one event.
Is Plus a subscription?
No. Plus is $12, paid once for one event, and it stays on that event. Host Pass is the only subscription: $19 a year for Plus on every event you create.
Do guests ever pay?
No. Guests never pay, never see ads, and never need an account to answer.
Can I upgrade after I've sent the invite?
Yes. Upgrade any event to Plus from its page, even after sharing. Links you've already sent keep working, and the invite and its chat preview update shortly after.
I already bought Plus. Is Host Pass worth it?
If you host two or more events a year, yes: Host Pass costs less than two single upgrades. Buy your first Host Pass within 30 days of a Plus purchase and that purchase counts toward it, so your first year costs $7. The event you upgraded keeps Plus either way.
What happens if I cancel Host Pass?
It stays active until the end of the year you've paid for. After that, events that got Plus through Host Pass return to the free design, and events you upgraded separately keep Plus. RSVPs and answers to your questions stay readable.
Does Host Pass renew automatically?
Yes, once a year, and you get an email before each renewal. Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your dashboard.
Is Plus different for a memorial or celebration of life?
The price is the same. On a memorial, Plus also frames the person's photo above their name in one of four quiet styles, with "In loving memory" and their years.
What's your refund policy?
If a purchase doesn't work as described, email support@hejmo.app within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund it. Payments go through Stripe.
