The service
Hejmo lets you create events, share private invite links, and track RSVPs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Hejmo.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 to create a host account. Guests don't need accounts at all.
Your content
Your events, guest lists, and RSVP data are yours. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service — for example, showing an invite page to the guests you share a link with. Only add guest information you have a genuine basis to manage, and respect requests from guests who want their details removed.
Free and paid features
Core event logistics are free. Optional design upgrades are sold as a one-time purchase per event, processed by Stripe. If an upgrade doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hejmo to spam, harass, impersonate others, or host unlawful content. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonable.
Service changes and availability
We work to keep Hejmo fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service itself, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hejmo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and note significant changes in the product. Continuing to use Hejmo after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions? Email [email protected].
